At Elevate Q Marketing, we aim to provide transparent and fair service. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before purchasing any services.


1. Digital Services

Elevate Q Marketing provides digital services, not physical products. Because of the nature of digital work, returns do not apply.


2. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled as follows:

  • Payments made for services are non-refundable once work has started

  • If a project has not yet started, a refund request may be considered on a case-by-case basis

  • Setup fees, onboarding fees, and completed work are non-refundable

  • No refunds are provided for delays caused by missing client information or lack of communication

We do not guarantee specific results, and refunds will not be issued based on performance expectations.


3. Subscription & Ongoing Services

For recurring or subscription-based services:

  • Clients may cancel future billing with written notice

  • No refunds are issued for services already delivered or billing periods already started


4. Chargebacks

We encourage clients to contact us first before filing a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service termination and restriction from future services.


5. Exceptions

Any refund exceptions must be agreed upon in writing before the start of a project.


6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
